Project Overview
For the Denver Zoo’s Australia exhibit, we were tasked with creating a durable and secure enclosure for one of the most distinctive birds, the cassowary. This project was not only about ensuring the safety and comfort of the cassowary but also about enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the exhibit.
Materials Used
The enclosure was crafted entirely from 6063 aluminum, known for its excellent corrosion resistance and formability. This material choice ensured a lightweight yet sturdy structure that blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings of the exhibit.
Construction Details
