TCB's machine has a 24-foot bed, a Hypertherm 65 plasma system, and angle and channel processing capability.

Plan longer stock and multiple parts together. We review loading, part length and stock requirements with your quote.

Plasma cutting for fabrication parts. Material, wall thickness and required finish determine the cutting approach.

A complete drawing helps us quote the cutting and any follow-on work together. For repeat parts, include the quantity for each part number.
- Material grade, profile dimensions and wall thickness.
- Part lengths, quantities and a dimensioned drawing or STEP model.
- Hole, slot and cope details, including required tolerances.
- Any welding, deburring, drilling, machining or finishing requirements.
- Requested completion date and pickup or delivery needs.

Planning your cutting job
Can you process angle and channel?
Yes. TCB's Dragon A400 setup includes angle and channel capability. Send the section designation and required cuts so we can review the job.
What materials can I request?
Send your steel, stainless steel or aluminum requirements. We'll review the grade, section and finish needed before confirming the work.
Is this tube laser cutting?
No. Our Dragon A400 uses plasma. If a feature needs a close-fit hole, machined surface or a particular edge finish, identify it on the drawing so we can quote the appropriate additional operation.
Can you fabricate the assembly too?
Ask us to quote the complete scope, including cut members and welding. We'll identify what is included so you can compare cut-parts supply with a fabricated assembly.
